Kay Caudle
Kay has been practicing law in Nashville for more than 20 years and is currently General Counsel for tech company CarSaver Management, LLC, where she is responsible for all of the company’s legal matters. Prior to joining CarSaver, Kay was General Counsel for STR, LLC, for 14 years and also served as Counsel for virtual firm Scale, LLP.
Born and raised In Atlanta, Kay received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and her law degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. In addition to the Tennessee Justice Center, she has been active in various non-profit organizations in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, such as the Junior League of Nashville, the Carolyn Smith Foundation, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee. She has been named a Fellow of both the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Foundations and has held several leadership positions with the Nashville Bar Association. She currently serves as an Advisor for the Nashville Entrepreneur Center.
