Emily Jenkins

Emily Jenkins is an attorney and certified mediator, she obtained her J.D. from the College of William and Mary and her B.A. from Rhodes College. Most recently her focus has been Child Welfare Advocacy.  Emily is the current Chair of the Board for Tennessee CASA, has been an advocate for Williamson County CASA for almost a decade, and is a member of the National CASA Volunteer Council. She serves on the Williamson County DCS Support Task Force and the Hard Bargain Association Board.

In addition to Child Welfare Advocacy, Emily has served as a pro bono attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee.  In 2023, Emily was recognized as the Hands On Nashville Mary Catherine Strobel Volunteer of the Year for the Social Justice Impact category.
