There are so many ways to join hands with TJC in our efforts to make Tennessee a more equitable state for all residents to live with opportunity and dignity. One-time giving has its benefits, but intentional and sustained giving, or giving towards a specific TJC goal, can have an even greater impact. Please consider one of the options below to help TJC sustain our work.
CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
Join the 150+ donors who have contributed specifically to making TJC’s permanent home a reality! After moving many times over the past 27 years, TJC has finally laid down roots at 155 Lafayette Street. Giving to our capital campaign helps solidify TJC’s status to serve our state and to do so debt-free! When we can focus our funds on our work and no longer on making an ever-increasing rent, we will only get better. RECURRING DONORS
Sustaining Stars are a special group of TJC donors who contribute a recurring monthly or quarterly gift. These generous donors have the foresight to realize that fundraising is fickle, and they can provide a sustainable and reliable source of income for the organization with their monthly or quarterly pledge! Our recurring donors gave over $62,000 in 2023, allowing us to better plan our expenditures and manage our cashflow. With the support of our Sustaining Stars, our team can continue to fight and win against insurmountable odds for Tennesseans each day.
GIVING SOCIETY
The Iris Society honors donors who contribute $1,000 or more within the calendar year or include TJC in their estate plans. Like irises, TJC is known for our resilience. Like so many of our clients, partners, and community members, we are faced with seemingly insurmountable obstacles every day. The generosity and compassion of Iris Society members allows us to keep working and fighting for the dignity, independence, and opportunity for all Tennesseans.
LAW FIRM GIVING PROGRAM
Raising the Bar is a three-year pledge program for law firms. Charitable contributions from law firms enable TJC to take on exclusively non-paying cases. These cases ensure that families across Tennessee, regardless of their station in life, have access to vital health care. We offer four Raising the Bar pledge levels. Click to learn more.
