TennCare Call to Collaborate: Redetermination and Reasonable Accommodation

As we have been discussing throughout our Call to Collaborate series, TennCare expects to disenroll thousands of Tennesseans from health insurance coverage – this will impact people who are still eligible. In this bonus session we hope to specifically think through ways to best support enrollees with disabilities who may need reasonable accommodations from TennCare to get through the process. In our experience the state has done a less than effective job of informing people of their rights to accommodation, or how to access help. The purpose of the webinar would be to focus on the rights of enrollees with disabilities in the renewal process, and how to request reasonable accommodation.
