Hunger rises for families with low incomes in the summer when school meals aren't available. There is more that can be done to make sure Tennessee children have better access to food during the summer months when school is out. Join us virtually on Thursday, July 17th, 2025, at 1:00 PM CST to discuss what programs exist to help put food on the table during summer break and learn about the state’s opportunities to reduce summer hunger by opting into Summer EBT and improving access to existing summer programs.
