Katie Marchetti

Katie Marchetti serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Jefferson Bridge Capital, an independent investment advisory firm providing investment solutions to non-profits, foundations, endowments, and difference-making organizations. Katie is a legal and financial professional with over two decades of experience in legal, financial markets and nonprofit space, holding senior roles across both Europe (London, Dublin, Rome) and the U.S. in the fields of equity capital markets law, private equity and venture capital, and nonprofit advisory work for philanthropists and nonprofits.
Since moving back to her hometown of Nashville from the UK, Katie has served as the Head of Philanthropic Services at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and co-founded Voices for a Safer Tennessee, an advocacy and educational organization focused on firearm safety. Prior Katie has served as the Managing Director at BluWave LP, Head of Strategy at Gerson Lehrman Group, Head of Debt and Macro for EMEA at GLG, and various other positions in law and consulting.
She currently serves on the boards of the ACLU Tennessee, Launch Tennessee, and the Tennessee Justice Center, as well as the advisory boards of Think Tennessee and Girls, Inc. She has formerly served as a Trustee at Fisk University and the Junior Board of Vital Voices Europe. Katie has lead fundraising initiatives for the Sexual Assault Center of Nashville, the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition and the Nashville Opera. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A.), University of Tennessee College of Law (J.D.), and King’s College London (LLM). She lives in Nashville with her husband and three daughters.
