
Christina Griffin
Christina Griffin is an entrepreneur, nonprofit consultant, and civic leader whose work centers on governance, community engagement, leadership development, and mission-driven strategy.
After earning dual degrees with double majors from the University of Kentucky, Christina launched The Griffin Coaching and Consulting Group, where she helps clients across the pageant industry build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and achieve philanthropic milestones.
Christina’s professional background spans entrepreneurship, legislative policy, economic development, and historic preservation. Previously, she supported Interise’s national network of more than 10,000 entrepreneurs by strengthening partner coalitions, expanding entrepreneurial support systems, and increasing access to resources for underrepresented founders and historically marginalized communities.
An active civic leader in Nashville, Christina also serves on the boards of the Junior League of Nashville and Pawster. Additionally, she supports several nonprofits through advisory and volunteer roles, contributing more than 100 hours annually to service initiatives.
Her work and service have been recognized through honors including the inaugural University of Kentucky Psychology Department Young Alumni Award, Young Leaders Council Young Leader of the Year nomination, Mary Catherine Strobel Volunteer Award nomination, and 2025 Nashville Top 30 Under 30 recognition.
Christina is honored to support TJC’s work advancing justice, dignity, and access for Tennesseans.
