C. Joseph Hubbard

Joseph Hubbard is a seasoned litigation attorney and appellate advocate who has won trials in front of judges and juries alike. Known as a skilled and adept trial attorney, clients seek out Joseph’s assistance for complex commercial litigation involving millions of dollars at issue.
Joseph earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2010. He also holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science and History from the University of Tennessee.
Joseph’s practice focuses on advising individuals and corporate clients in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration and before administrative agencies. Clients trust Joseph’s business-forward approach to find solutions that allow them to resolve conflicts and achieve their goals. He often acts as outside counsel to corporations and organizations who seek comprehensive legal counsel to marry their day-to-day business operations with long-term strategic plans.
A leader within the legal community, Joseph is the current President-Elect of the Nashville Bar Association and he will serve as President in 2025.
