At TJC, we know that health equity plays a big role in access to healthcare and nutrition programs. That’s why we created our Health Equity Dashboard, a tool that highlights social determinants of health and disparities across Tennessee. It uses real data to help show what people are experiencing in their communities and why it matters. Our goal is to make this information easier to understand and to show how advocacy can help improve health and nutrition access and outcomes across the state.
