TennCare, Tennessee’s Medicaid program, plays a critical role in supporting justice-impacted youth by providing access to mental health, substance use treatment, and community-based services that can help divert youth from deeper involvement in the juvenile justice system.

Join us on June 9th at 12pm CT for a virtual presentation in partnership with Youth Law Center. This presentation will equip attorneys with practical tools to prevention and reentry opportunities that can be supported by TennCare. Participants will learn how to identify eligibility requirements, avoid common coverage disruptions, and advocate effectively for services that support their clients’ stability and rehabilitation.
