Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Justice Center is pleased to welcome Mika Moser as Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Moser will manage operations at TJC, a nonprofit public interest law firm and advocacy center serving families throughout the state.
Mika Moser is presently President of DirectorCorps, publisher of Bank Director Magazine. Her sabbatical from that role will allow her to transition her duties from board member of TJC to that of full-time COO. She will remain on the DirectorCorps Board of Directors, on which she has served since 2010.
Moser brings a wealth of valuable experience to TJC through her background in marketing, technology, organizational development and project management. She has a strong background in assisting financial institutions in their commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, areas of great importance to Tennessee Justice Center and TJC clients.
Michele Johnson, Executive Director of the Tennessee Justice Center said, “Mika’s considerable management skills and the strategic vision she has developed as a TJC board member will be an invaluable asset to our organization. We are lucky to benefit from her knowledge and the talents she brings in her role as Chief Operating Officer of TJC.”
For 25 years, TJC has worked with Tennesseans of all backgrounds to advocate for social justice in areas that include children’s health, disability rights, childhood nutrition and senior care. TJC’s high profile court cases have held government accountable and won important reforms benefiting hundreds of thousands of families across the state.
