CLE AVAILABLE

Although Joe Biden won the presidency, which party controls Congress is anyone’s guess during this contentious election year.  Regardless of these outcomes, changes to the TennCare and CoverKids programs are undoubtedly coming. During this one-hour webinar, we will discuss the impacts a Biden Administration will likely have on these vital public health programs as well as the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM).  Whether it is Medicaid Expansion, Medicaid Block Grant, or pandemic policy changes, our legal team will give you a glimpse into the future, so you are prepared and ready to help Tennesseans obtain or keep their healthcare insurance coverage.

This training is eligible for one hour of general CLE credit.
