Health care advocates: Disabled Tennesseans could have ‘target on their backs’ if Medicaid block grant approved

Although Gov. Bill Lee has said that the Medicaid block grant will not cut services or eligibility, advocates believe tight funding under a block grant put people living with disabilities at risk of getting cut first.
