Health care advocates: Disabled Tennesseans could have ‘target on their backs’ if Medicaid block grant approved

- Although Gov. Bill Lee has said that the Medicaid block grant will not cut services or eligibility, advocates believe tight funding under a block grant put people living with disabilities at risk of getting cut first.
