TennCare’s revised Medicaid block grant plan: The feds get it first, then the public

• Following criticisms of the Medicaid block grant proposal during the state comment period, the state is required to revise their plan before submitting it to the federal government.
• According to TennCare spokesperson Sarah Tanksley, Tenncare will not let the public read the revised proposal until after it has already been submitted to the feds.
