If you are on TennCare and under 21, TennCare will pay for ANY medical services that are medically necessary. This may include:

  • Durable Medical Equipment like Wheelchairs and Breathing Machines
  • Prescription Medications and Over-the-Counter Medicines
  • Speech Therapy
  • ABA therapy for Children with Autism
  • Physical and Occupational Therapies
  • Surgeries
  • Home Health Care
  • Prenatal Care
  • Doctor’s Visits
  • Immunizations
  • Mental Health Services
  • Placement in a Residential Treatment Center
  • Dental Services
  • Transportation to and from Medical Appointments
  • Hospital Care
  • Any Other Medical Service That a Child May Need
